The growth of Southwest Missouri State University’s agricultural program necessitated an extensive renovation of 22,750 sf Karls Hall and an1,850 sf adjacent greenhouse. Effectively doubling the facilities of the department, the addition and renovation enhances the capabilities of current researchers by providing more effective teaching and laboratory facilities, encouraging greater student interaction, and improving the utilization of technology for teaching and research for the Agricultural Department.
