Description
The strategic directives of Janssen Research Foundation include maintaining the position of Johnson & Johnson, the parent firm, among the most respected pharmaceutical companies worldwide. To do so, Janssen commissioned a facilities master plan to leverage their investment in existing facilities and position future initiatives to best serve research requirements. As part of this master plan, Cannon developed a series of concept alternatives that included building massing, engineering systems, floor layouts, and implementation schedules for a new 500,000 sf research center, renovation of existing laboratory faculties, addition of office space, and a program for infrastructure improvements.
