“Thanks for your support in bringing this project in on time. The campus within a campus is a beautiful reality. The parental response has been positively overwhelming—praising us for creating a state-of-the-art environment for their children to learn and excel in.”Dr. Jerome S. Chermak, Headmaster, University School of Nova Southeastern University
Description
Serving grades pre-K through 12, the University School of Nova Southeastern University is an independent college preparatory school. Located on the Nova Southeastern campus, the school’s four buildings – a lower school, middle school, upper school, and sports center creates a new “campus within a campus.”
A new lower school building serving 855 students contains a 500-seat cafeteria that accommodates the middle and upper schools. The new performing arts center for shared use by all three schools features a 900-seat auditorium and instructional spaces for art, music, and theater. An additional building will house a 15,000 sf central plant and 5,000 sf vault to serve University School buildings as well as playing fields and certain academic buildings at the university proper.
