Description
Sited on the edge of Shaw Park, this 14-story multitenant office building offers extraordinary views of the park’s green oasis and commands a significant presence in Clayton’s skyline, paying homage to the past and residing gracefully among the historic town’s more traditional structures. The building is crowned by a broad perimeter cornice supported on pilasters, creating the impression of a top-floor loggia. This, along with the building facades, frames the building’s signature element, a vertical tower that signals the building entry. The street-level lobby is richly appointed with imported marble and granite flooring and wainscot, rich cherry paneling and molding, and polished and etched bronze and glass.
