Description
A themed, mixed-use development owned by Ron Jon Surf Shop, a lifestyle-apparel and board-sports-equipment retailer, is expected to infuse more than $498 million annually into the economy of Brevard County. Occupying a 26-acre site on the Banana River at Port Canaveral, the $147 million development includes a 400-room hotel with conference/meeting space, a 10-acre combined water park and surf park attraction, a surf school, a skate park, a new 60,000 sf, two-story flagship store of unique architectural character, a Ron Jon Surf Grill restaurant, a 1,400-space parking garage, and additional entertainment, retail outlets, restaurants, and beach shuttle service.
