Description
The loftlike Park Avenue headquarters of private asset management firm Arrow Investments provides an elegant showcase for a stunning collection of modern art owned by the firm’s president. Encompassing executive offices, trading floor, reception area, lounge, and pantry, the 6,000 sf project maximizes natural light and visibility. Cannon Design provided planning, interior architecture and design, and engineering services for the transformation of the class “A” building space.
Numerous glass elements conspire to visually open the space and bathe the trading floor in natural light, including nine-foot-high glass office fronts and glass-sectioned walls enclosing perimeter offices. An elegant, sleek lighting system and select retro-modern furniture complement the high design aesthetic without upstaging the art on display.
