Balancing Budget, Function & Aesthetics

Every project requires the thoughtful balancing of budget, function and aesthetics. In this session presenters provided conference attendees with an understanding of frequently conflicting points of view and examples of projects that have successfully achieved a balance between these three dynamic factors. Topics addressed included conflict resolution and consensus building, identification of alternate approaches to budget and cost control methods, and how to assess functional and building requirements without compromising aesthetic integrity.
