CannonDesign is proud to share its teams delivered two different presentations at this year’s Lean Construction Institute (LCI) Congress in Chicago last week. LCI is a non-profit organization that operates as a catalyst to transform the industry through lean project delivery that increases owner and construction supply chain satisfaction with design and construction delivery. Each year LCI’s congress highlights the leading examples and ideas that showcase Lean design techniques.
CannonDesign presented the below two sessions:
- “On The Advocate Health Front: How Project Success moved from “IPD Light” to IFOA” presented by CannonDesign’s Greg Heiser, Advocate’s Scott Nelson and Josh Odelon of PCC
- “An Owner’s Perspective: How ILPD outperformed Design Build,” presented by Troy Hoggard of CannonDesign, President & CEO of Bay Area Medical Center Ed Harding and Nick Loughrin of Boldt
Each presentation allowed for the presenters to share their unique perspectives on how they integrated lean design into their projects and the successful outcomes it drove and then take questions from the attendees.
