Robert Meyer has been recognized with the George Pressler Under 40 Award at this year’s Healthcare Facilities Symposium and Exposition in Chicago. The award celebrates emerging leaders in the next generation of healthcare planning, design, construction and operations professionals. Specifically, the award seeks individuals who have demonstrated stand out leadership and vision within their organization and project teams.

A LEED certified architect working out of CannonDesign’s Chicago office, Meyer received his nomination for the award from a former colleague. The nomination essay highlighted Meyer’s leadership, collaboration, communication and management skills and included quotes from clients and consultants who have reaped the benefits of working alongside him.

The George Pressler Under 40 Award is part of Healthcare Facilities Symposium Distinction Awards program that recognizes design teams, projects and individuals who have made a profound contribution to the healthcare design industry.
