Mr. Farmer has directed several of Cannon Design’s major master planning and design projects, primarily for the federal government. As project manager for the firm’s contract with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, he has led a multiphase effort to update VA’s space-planning criteria for hospital, clinic, and administrative facilities nationwide. Other work includes projects for the National Institutes of Health and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Mr. Farmer is an active member of the Society of American Military Engineers.
