Since joining Cannon Design in 1973, Levine has been involved in master planning, project planning and served as the project designer for over 30 of the firm’s most prestigious and award-winning justice and institutional facilities. He is knowledgeable in state-of-the-art security and technology, and trends in the planning and design of county and federal courthouses, life-safety facilities, adult and juvenile detention and adult corrections facilities. Levine is an expert in partnering with owner and user groups to determine building organizational planning issues, balancing conflicting priorities to create spaces that intelligently satisfy all program requirements and the wishes of owners, users and the public.
