Stuart Brodsky, AIA, LEED AP and PK-12 lead, will co-present with Kerry Weig, principal and architect for INVISION, and Cindi McDonald, Superintendent for the Waukee Community School District, in a panel at this year’s SxSW Edu. The panel will discuss how innovation centers and maker spaces are the next frontier for PK-12 students, and how they are helping students become the next generation of 21st century professionals.
Speakers will offer insights from developing educational programs and facilities – like the APEX program housed in the Waukee Innovation and Learning Center – that foster student entrepreneurship. More details on the session, taking place on March 5th from 2 – 3 p.m., can be found here.
