Meg Osman, Executive Director of our Commercial Market, will present as part of a panel discussion focused on the Impact of Physical Space on the Employee Experience during a Gartner Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) Executive Forum on April 12. The entire two-day Gartner event is themed around strategies and best practices for enhancing employee experience and Meg will be joined on the panel by Ed Nolan of JLL.
Specifically, the discussion will touch on why it’s important for CHROs to help shape real estate design and investment strategy from its outset, how technology impacts physical space, emerging trends, the importance of data in advancing employee experience and more. Meg will share real-world examples and evidence of how leading organizations have leveraged design to measurably elevate employee experience and positively evolve company culture.
