Milly will work with health organizations across the East Coast, primarily supporting our Boston and Buffalo offices and contributing to national projects and initiatives. She brings two decades of experience designing health facilities of all types, with a expertise in LEAN design and a passion for working closely with core users: patients and their families, nurses and doctors.

Milly’s experience includes extensive design work across the New England region and she served as the department head for Yale-New Haven Hospital’s Facilities Planning and Design Department where she gained invaluable knowledge and understanding of the operational forces that shape capital and long-term facilities planning.

Milly publishes frequently on design, patient experience, and workplace technology for national journals. She is a member of the Boston Society of Architects and New England Healthcare Engineering Society.
