Ohlone Community College District recently received the Award of Merit in Design at the 2017 Community College Facility Coalition (CCFC) 2017 Design Awards. The CCFC, a statewide coalition, provides leadership in legislative advocacy, and critical information, education and training on facilities issues.
Ohlone Community College was joined at the awards ceremony by CannonDesign and associate architect Anderson Brulé Architects. The College was given the Award of Merit for its new Academic Core Buildings project, which is currently under construction. The project has previously won the 2015 Honor Award, Excellence in Planning for a District or Campus Component, from the Society for College and University Planning (SCUP).
