Over the past year, we have evolved our service offerings to include a comprehensive design-led construction delivery model — allowing us to offer our clients significant benefits in terms of risk management, guaranteed maximum price, and delivery schedules. To support our growth in this area, we are pleased to announce two recent strategic additions to our design-led construction team.
Mike Arnold joins us from the Diocese of Pittsburgh as a senior vice president and national construction management client leader. In his new role, he will bring extensive experience in project engineering, construction management, estimating, cost control, scheduling, and facility management to clients across the country to ensure project outcomes align with their expectations. An architectural engineer by trade, Mike has managed over 175 projects with a total value of more than $4 billion throughout his career.
Tony Coraggio joins us from Mortenson Construction as a vice president, construction project manager and client leader focusing on growth of design-led construction in the Midwest region. Tony has more than 20 years of experience in the building industry with at-risk construction management and has been involved with projects that total in the hundreds of millions of dollars, working closely with design assist trade partners and A/E professionals to bring high-profile design solutions to life. He is a member of the Association of Healthcare Engineers (ASHE), the National Association of General Contractors, and Wisconsin Healthcare Engineering Association (WHEA).
As one of the only A/E/C firms in the country that offers true single-source delivery with both the architecture/engineering and construction entities operating under a single profit center, Mike and Tony will play an integral role in growing CannonDesign’s construction portfolio across the country.
