Our Sports, Recreation and Wellness design team is set for a busy fall with numerous conference presentations across the country. Below are dates, locations and details for numerous events our team will be part of:
- Virginia Recreational Sports Association Conference
Oct. 14-15 in Fredericksburg, VA – Colleen Mckenna and Roland Lemke will present “eSports, Fitness Trackers and Robots, Oh My – Understanding Technology to Future Proof Your Campus Rec and Wellness Center,” and we’ll be sponsoring the conference.
- NIRSA Region VI Conference
Oct. 16-18 in Salt Lake City, Utah – Jenny Delgado, Colleen McKenna and Craig Hamilton will present “The Spaces in Between: How New Campus Connections Foster Greater Student Opportunities.” We’ll also be sponsoring the conference and have a booth.
- NIRSA Region II Conference
Oct. 21-23 in Chattanooga, TN – We are waiting to know if our speaking submission has been selected. Aaron Huisman will attend as we are sponsors with a booth.
- NIRSA Region I
Oct. 28-30 in Annapolis, MD – Colleen McKenna and Mike Cornoni will present, A New Era: Transforming Collegiate Recreation and Wellness Centers.” We’ll also be sponsoring the conference and have a booth.
- NIRSA Region IV Conference
Oct. 27-30 in Tulsa, OK – We are waiting to know if our speaking submission has been selected. Aaron Huisman will attend as we are sponsors with a booth.
- NIRSA Triventure
Nov. 6-8 in San Diego, CA – Colleen McKenna, Jenny Delgado and Craig Hamilton will present, “Generation Next: The Future of Campus Recreation and Wellness.” We’ll also be sponsoring the conference and have a booth.
- Athletic Business Show
On Wednesday, Nov. 13 Colleen McKenna and Roland Lemke will present “Owners, Architects and Contractors: How to Build a Successful and Collaborative Working Relationship,” as a pre-conference seminar. A day later, they’ll team up to present “A Blueprint for Student Health and Wellness Facilities.” We’ll also have a booth at the conference.
