A new article from the Denver Business Journal celebrates the imminent opening of The Jacquard Hotel & Rooftop in Denver’s vibrant Cherry Creek North neighborhood. As the article notes, “operators of The Jacquard Hotel & Rooftop not only are confident the 201-room facility will find a niche in Denver’s upscale shopping and dining district, they believe its presence will lift the neighborhood as a whole, sending yet another signal Cherry Creek is not just a day jaunt for downtown visitors but a visit-worthy location itself. And the new hotel positions itself as the place for a luxury staythere.”
“The Jacquard Hotel is a unique hotel and destination. Guests who visit will have memorable experiences and leave rejuvenated and inspired. The Cherry Creek North District is synonymous with distinctive urban design and as architects we are delighted to contribute to the District context. We couldn’t be more thrilled to have played a role in crafting this incredible hotel,” says our Brian Klipp, Principal for CannonDesign and design lead for The Jacquard.
Prominently located in Denver, The Jaquard is equipped with a bar and lounge, dining and full-service food offerings, conference and pre-function space, athletic facilities and a grand rooftop terrace along with other amenities. The hotel offers a contextually scaled aesthetic, with each of its facades designed to include a sophisticated mixture of windowed walls, stucco and architectural aluminum panels. The Jacquard also connects guests with bustling surroundings, from the guest rooms’ signature 8’x8’ exterior windows that flood each guest room with natural light to the conference areas’ southern-facing terrace that opens onto the area’s vibrant streets. The rooftop emphasizes Denver’s natural beauty with a regulation-size lap pool and panoramic views of the Rocky Mountains.
“Guests these days, they want a very unique and customized experience. They want it to be unique, so they can go home and tell a story about it,” Jason Dorfman, general manager of The Jacquard told the Business Journal. “We really see this hotel and Cherry Creek as the perfect marriage.”
