The CannonDesign + NEUF architect(e)s team is excited to share that the Centre Hospitalier de l’Université de Montréal (CHUM), the largest healthcare construction project in North America, has been named a finalist in four categories of the World Architecture Festival (WAF):

  • Health – Completed Buildings
  • New and Old – Completed Buildings
  • Display – Completed Buildings
  • INSIDE – Health and Education (for interiors)

Now in its tenth year, the WAF awards program is the largest of its kind in the world, recognizing built and unbuilt projects across 32 categories. This year’s festival will be held in Berlin from November 15-17, where, all shortlisted projects will be presented live to a jury that will select a winner in each category, and ultimately name one project the World Building of the Year.
