Margaret Bailey Named to St. Louis Business Journal 2021 40 Under 40 List

We are proud to announce that Margaret ‘Maggie’ Bailey, MBA, was named to the St. Louis Business Journal’s 2021 40 Under 40 List.

Maggie is a Vice President and the Strategic Practice Manager for our Health Practice. She works across the practice and the firm to identify innovative partnerships, develop and validate growth strategies and uncover new opportunities to transform the future of healthcare.

Her recent work includes spearheading the new direction of our Mental and Behavioral Health practice, leading the Whole Child, Every Child initiative and assisting with the CannonDesign Shield development. She co-created the firm’s Inclusive Partner Program, which includes CannonDesign Collective, focused on knowledge sharing, professional development and relationship building between participating XBE firms and CannonDesign. It is a two-way, active learning experience and an opportunity for all participants to create relationships with kindred spirits, share ideas, think big and sharpen their craft. She also serves on CannonDesign’s DEI Council as well as co-leads Women @ CannonDesign, the employee resource group that serves as a forum to advance the success of women through networking, mentoring and development opportunities.

Outside of the firm, Maggie is a Fellow with Fortune Connect, which is designed to help the next generation of top leaders prepare for changes in business. She is also a network leader for the Lean In Network St. Louis, a part of the global program founded by Facebook COO Sheryl Sandberg to empower women and girls to achieve their ambitions. She volunteers her time with Ronald McDonald House Charities St. Louis and is president emeritus of its’ young professional organization, Red Shoe Society.
