CannonDesign Moves Denver Office to City’s River North Arts District

We’re thrilled to share we’ve moved our Denver office to the city’s vibrant River North Arts District (RiNo).

This move brings our team to one of the most culturally rich neighborhoods in Denver and tangibly strengthens our ties to the region. From this new space we’ll continue to use design to help people flourish across the Mountain States.

“CannonDesign has truly amplified its presence and impact in Denver over recent years and this is a great move for our team. We’ve been growing, adding exciting new projects and service lines, and now we have the right home for an exciting future ahead,” said Tim Barr, our Denver Office Leader. “The RiNo district is a hub for culture, energy, wellness, entertainment, delicious food and so much more. We’re proud to call it home.”

The new office, which is located at 2800 Walnut Street was designed by our team to fuel creativity, connections and innovation. It will empower our team members to explore the best design ideas for their clients, communities, the environment and society.

“As a Living-Centered Design firm, we created the new office to foster remarkable human experiences,” said Tim. “This is an exciting place to come to work each day. I’m really looking forward to everything we can achieve together in our new space.”

Our move to Denver’s RiNo District comes as the team is leading key projects across Colorado. The team is currently designing Colorado State University’s Shepardson Hall, an important new project for their College of Agricultural Sciences with a mission to “feed the world.”

They’re also focused on healthcare having designed the recently opened Children’s Hospital in Colorado Springs and working with the Colorado Department of Health and Human Services on its F-Cottages Behavioral Health Project. In recent months, both the Colorado Real Estate Journal and AIA Denver have profiled our practice and people.
