In her new role, she will lead client relationships and continue growing our engineering practice on the west coast. Meghan is a member of ASHRAE and the Society of Women Engineers and is a frequent speaker and publisher on topics that advance the profession.
“We are excited to welcome Meghan to our team,” says Paul Kondrat, Director of Engineering. “She is a great leader and we are looking forward to furthering our success on the west coast.”
“I’m passionate because I like to create,” says Meghan. “I started painting homes and building sheds with my father as a child. When I got into engineering, which I told my dad I would be a mechanical engineer when I was six years old I was very interested in green and sustainable designs. In Vermont, there were a lot of families totally off the grid growing up which I was just introduced to as a kid. I think we have the unique opportunity to help save or at least prolong the world. I’m continually looking for new technology and have done a lot of work and talks to get business owners to open up to new ideas. It’s what I’ve always wanted to do and what I will always want to do. Being a part of CannonDesign is an extremely exciting new chapter.”
