We are thrilled to announce that Amy Phillips is our new St. Louis Office Practice Leader. Amy joined CannonDesign in 2016 and has excelled in her previous role as Business Practice Leader for our St. Louis and Denver offices. The past few years have been transformative for our industry, and Amy is ready to lead the office into a new era.
As the leader of our St. Louis Office, Amy will focus on strategic leadership and, together with her office leadership team, develop and execute strategies that lead to long-term growth and client success. An incredible ambassador for our Living-Centered Design ethos, Amy will empower the office to further nourish its community, strengthen existing client relationships and forge exciting new paths.
Amy will also focus on navigating our new hybrid work culture and environment and making the St. Louis office an inclusive space where people gather and always feel a strong sense of community. Amy is pivotal to the current transformation of our St. Louis workplace—which introduces more dynamic teaming spaces, evolves the first floor to a teaming and workshop zone, and implements a strategic hoteling approach to workstations.
“I’m incredibly honored to have this opportunity. The St. Louis office has always focused on exceptional design and will continue to be,” said Amy. “This office is filled with incredibly talented, smart, adaptable, and nimble people who are also incredibly charitable. We have more people regularly volunteering at more organizations in the community than I can count. I look forward to seeing a larger diversification in project type and market, building upon our incredible design practice, and continuing to create a more diverse workforce.”
Amy has shown incredible dedication to the firm from the moment she joined us. Our future is bright and we have the opportunity to chart an incredible new path forward in this part of the country. Amy is the right person to help us make the most of that opportunity.Robin Cibrano Office Strategies Executive Director
