Retail Properties of America sought a headquarters that would further define the company as one with fresh perspectives, expertise and a commitment to excellence in their industry. The resulting space interprets the company’s motto of “The Best in Retail from Every Angle” with powerful physical expressions. The headquarters elevates the firm’s brand and features collaboration spaces, casual seating, technology and white boards throughout. The design leverages the idea of “every angle” with angles guiding people toward collaboration spaces and pointing the way forward.
