Monica Pascatore

Monica is a people person. Whether creating a new building or a piece of art, she finds her inspiration in people and the physical, cultural and social identities that define their communities.

Recognized for her human-centered, participatory design process, Monica leads the planning and design of spaces of all types—most notably community projects. Her portfolio is defined by environments that contribute to the health, happiness and well-being of communities, from recreation centers and cultural buildings to nature centers, public pools and national memorials. More than just an architect, she’s committed to promoting better, more equitable and inclusive design across all facets of life.
