Biljana has played a key role in transformational projects for the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH), William Olser Health System, Providence Care Centre, Humber College, Ministries of Infrastructure, Ministry of Attorney (MAG), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), and York University among others. She stands out for her strong leadership, attention to detail, and ability to consistently deliver high-quality projects across a variety of delivery methods, including public-private partnerships. She holds a Master’s in Architectural Engineering and a Graduate Engineer of Architecture degree.
