Since joining CannonDesign, Heather has quickly emerged as a leading advocate for advancing innovation in the firm’s New York City office. Through the employee engagement process, she has organized culture-building initiatives and increased transparency by facilitating events, such as “fireside chats” with firm leaders. Heather has also contributed to broader goals as a member of the professional development and public relations committees. She authored an article in ArchDaily entitled: 5 Unexpected Benefits of Working at a Large Design Firm. In addition, Heather has been a key contributor on healthcare projects including a large-scale inpatient facility and an emergency department replacement. Recognized as a leader within the firm, Heather is a member of CannonDesign’s NEXT Council where she partners with leadership to improve the business of design.
