Holly leads our Dallas office and is focused on expanding our firm’s growth and development in Texas. Throughout her career, she has been involved in the planning and construction of more than $2 billion in projects, including the William P. Clements Jr. University Hospital at The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. One of Holly’s greatest strengths is team building — understanding client challenges and then tailor fitting a team that is perfectly aligned. The ability to intimately understand client needs comes from her experience working on the client side; for more than eight years, Holly was the Director of Planning and Design at University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. In that role, she was named one of the “Top 12 Women in Healthcare” by the Health Industry Council of the North Texas Region.
Holly’s expertise transcends the healthcare market and extends into education, science + technology and corporate/commercial. Working with CannonDesign thought leaders throughout the country, she is focused on bringing this high level of multidisciplinary expertise to clients in Texas.
I work in the design profession not only to help clients create new facilities, but to help them map out new futures — to identify ways the physical environment can be leveraged to support goals related to growth, strategy, innovation, market differentiation and more. Nothing gets me more energized than the creative process that goes into helping organizations explore what’s possible.
