I entered the profession of architecture because I love to solve problems and witness the creation of the built environment. But what keeps me engaged now is teamwork and outcomes. A team that places the problem before the self, that maintains clarity of purpose, and that remembers to enjoy the process is not only a key to successful outcomes, but also a source of great joy for me. My goal each day is to be an exemplary coach to our project teams.
