Prithi Pendharkar serves as the first Business Practice Leader of our Mumbai office, leveraging her more than 18 years of industry experience to manage the operations and business practices of our 35-person office. Prithi previously served as a senior architect with the office in Mumbai, working on projects ranging from Tata Medical Center’s Phase II in Kolkata to the Centre hospitalier de l’Université de Montréal in Montreal. In her recent past, she has helped spearhead key efforts related to healthcare and education projects across Asia.
Prithi’s background spans programming, design and execution on a range of complex, large-scale project types in the healthcare, higher education, commercial and research sectors. She received her Master of Architecture with a specialization in healthcare facility planning and design from Texas A&M University’s healthcare architecture program and practiced in the U.S. from 2003-2010 before moving to Mumbai. Recognized as a thought-leader in her field, Prithi regularly speaks at industry events and strongly believes in developing a culture of mentorship for young and upcoming design professionals.
