Ryan graduated from Virginia Tech in 2014. Since then, he has gained experience with large firms designing education, sports + recreation, healthcare and corporate office architecture. As an emerging leader in our Baltimore office, Ryan has become a trusted voice among his peers and clients. Currently leading design meetings and participating in client interviews, he excels at the growth opportunities given to him, and is driven to provide the same for others. As a member of the NEXT Council, he serves as a connection between the studio floor and firm leadership, helping to evolve the future of CannonDesign.
My passion for our firm and for the profession grew exponentially when I was trusted and given opportunities. When we involve younger staff in pursuits at any level, we message to our clients how seriously we take mentoring, and how much we value our emerging generation as assets to our company and to our future. This lets our staff know that they are trusted, and that they are a vital part of our firm. This involvement has dramatically shaped my career at CannonDesign, and it will do the same for others. It is ultimately how I recruit others to the firm; I promise opportunity.
