Prithi Pendharkar

Everything Prithi does as an architect and leader is driven by empathy. She has a genuine interest in the people around her—what makes them tick, what brings them joy, what stirs their soul. Her ability to understand the needs of others translates into incredibly powerful spaces that deeply connect with the needs of people and the places they share.

Prithi’s empathetic nature is complemented by a keen understanding of the business of design. She leads the operations and business functions of our Mumbai office, managing and mentoring teammates as they work on projects across the globe. She believes good design should be accessible to everyone, and she inspires her team to view every project as an opportunity to deliver better experiences for all.
