This Privacy Statement outlines the types of information that is collected by CannonDesign on its web and social media sites (“Sites”), and how we use and protect it.

This Privacy Statement applies only to CannonDesign Sites and it does not apply to any web sites owned by third parties, even if those websites can be accessed via links on the Sites.

The information we collect.

When you visit cannondesign.com, we will not collect any Personal Information about you unless you provide it to us voluntarily. “Personal Information,” as used in this Privacy Statement means any information that is linked to your identity such as your name, street address, telephone number, mobile number, place of employment, screen name, and/or email address. The Sites you entered may collect some or all of these types of Personal Information through a questionnaire or a registration/contact form. We do not collect financial or other sensitive data information about our users.

How we use personal information.

How information is used/possible information sharing.

Non-personally identifiable information that is collected may be used to compile aggregate and statistical data and to measure Site activity to allow us to update our Site to better meet user expectations.

Personal Information that you provide to us in the course of submitting a request, comment, question, etc. (such as via our “contact” page) may be gathered and stored in one or more of our corporate databases and be used for purposes of contacting you for things like marketing programs or other communications from this website or other CannonDesign programs and services.

Important note regarding U.S. law.

All matters relating to this site are governed by the laws of the State of New York in the USA. All lawsuits arising from or relating to this Privacy Statement shall be brought in the Federal or State courts located in Erie County, New York, and you hereby submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of such courts for such purpose.
