Upon the birth, adoption or foster placement of a child, we provide three weeks of paid parental leave in addition to Family and Medical Leave, or State or local Family or Parental Leave. Employees with dependents can avoid payroll tax on up to $5,000 annually for eligible dependent care expenses.
