We believe transformative design should be within reach to all individuals and communities. That’s why we created Open Hand Studio more than 15 years ago. It’s our public interest design arm. Guided by a heartfelt commitment to social good, it harnesses our expertise in design, research, advocacy and consulting to develop and scale transformative solutions that directly address crucial human needs.

By amplifying ideas from across our network, we can test, refine, empower and deliver novel opportunities that represent strategic advantages for our firm and fuel purposeful change. Any teammate can submit an idea to AMP, and if accepted, can receive the time and resources to explore the idea and potentially bring it to market.
