CannonDesign to design CAA Music City's New Workplace in Nashville Yards

We are thrilled to share our team will design Creative Artists Agency's (CAA) new Music City office in Nashville Yards, a dynamic mixed-use district taking shape in the heart of Nashville. The project was covered by extensive media earlier this week including The Hollywood Reporter, Billboard, Sports Business Journal and others.
The move is in response to CAA's rapid growth in Nashville. Its Music City HQ is currently home to 130 employees across music, digital media, sports, brand consulting, property sales and strategic stadium consulting. CAA is widely respected as one the premier talent and creative agencies in the world.
CAA Music Group's new workplace in Nashville Yards will span 75,000 feet across two floors with indoor-outdoor workspaces, private terraces and listening lounges, among other amenities. The workplace will be infused with leading-edge technology and focused on collaboration and connectivity.
Their new home will be featured within Nashville Yards, a 19-acre project that is also home to Amazon Nashville, a 4,500 concert venue, the Grand Hyatt Nashville and the newly renovated Union Station Nashville Yards, as well as retail spaces, restaurants and more than seven acres of open air-plazas, courtyards and green spaces.
