Holly Lennihan

Holly considers each project from many perspectives—just as design and beauty matter for every building, so also do environmental impact, economic viability and societal benefits. As a project manager for Science & Technology, Holly is inspired by the incredible work researchers and scientists perform.

An advocate for sustainable design and high-performance buildings, Holly recognizes the importance of integrated design and teaming early with engineers. She is active in professional and community outreach, having served on CREW DC’s Board of Directors, the Net Zero Energy Coalition of the National Capital Region, IMT’s Building Innovations Hub Advisory Board—plus more than 20 years on the Board of Directors for Mi Casa, a nonprofit affordable housing developer in the Washington, D.C. area.
