Whether it’s a better patient experience or mentoring a young designer, Jarntip brings advocacy and leadership to all her roles. Jarntip is an integral member of Blue Cottage of CannonDesign’s Transition and Activation team, helping organizations navigate a seamless transition and activation into new spaces to ensure a smooth and efficient move-in experience for personnel and operations. Her strengths lie in analyzing the totality of current and future needs to improve the patient experience and create better operational efficiencies.
She also is involved in a myriad of mentorship and emerging leader programs within the firm. Jarntip heads our Healthcare Fellow Program, which empowers young designers to explore their interests in healthcare design through research and mentoring. She has also been active in our Employee Resource Groups, helping ensure representation and a voice for all.
