D.C. Business Practice Leader

Rniemiec

As the business practice leader for our Washington D.C. office, Roberto brings bold business thinking to every project and conversation. He has a passion for art and design, which has helped him become a talented architect in his own right. But it's his ability to manage processes and resources that have made him a sought-after leader to our employees and clients across the country.

Roberto’s superpower lies in the management of complex projects. With deep project management knowledge and technical aptitude, he helps teams navigate through the complexities of major building projects—from contracts and staffing to project delivery, scheduling and budgets. His collaborative approach to leadership ensures that his teams always realize their full potential—and push for design excellence—wherever possible.
