Scott has broad expertise that spans from early-stage master planning to strategic and operational discussions, and design and implementation. One of his focus areas is emergency department planning and design—increasing utilization through functionality and flexibility while addressing the “front door” of the hospital with efficient and functional space that can cater to patients of all acuities.
