Tom is our executive director of practice integration where he leverages his 30+ years’ experience as an architect to develop and implement strategies to deliver design and technical excellence in a completely virtual environment. He was previously the leader of our St. Louis office for almost two decades and is proud of the work many leaders have done to grow the culture and set it up for generational success.
