Denise is one of those leaders who leaves a positive imprint on each day, each project and each community she touches. With an extensive background in architecture and over 25 years of experience in diverse project types, Denise brings a wealth of knowledge and a profound commitment to transformative development. She has deep ties in the Buffalo community and growing connections in the Pittsburgh region, leading successful projects that have garnered national recognition such as downtown Buffalo’s 201 Ellicott.  

Denise is a founding member of the Buffalo Architecture Foundation, Inc., where she has served as a past president and currently holds a position on the Board of Directors. Additionally, her active participation in organizations such as the Congress for the New Urbanism, Urban Land Institute (ULI), Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), and the United States Green Building Council (USGBC) underscores her commitment to sharing industry insights and fostering connections within the professional community.
