As our firm’s General Counsel, Donall works alongside our executive leadership team to navigate the complexities of practicing design in an ever-changing world. He’s built an in-house team of legal experts that support our firm in innovating at the highest levels of practice.
Donall and his team guide legal strategy related to all aspects of our business, including contracts, talent/employment, intellectual property, mergers and acquisitions, insurance, property, corporate formation, and compliance and risk management including litigation. With more than 30 years of legal expertise, he brings valuable insights from his experience practicing law in both Europe and the United States. At CannonDesign, he’s helped create a culture where engaging legal isn’t viewed as a transaction, but an opportunity to collaborate and drive more innovation for our clients and communities.
