Building Performance

Elliot Glassman

Since the design, construction, and operation of buildings constitutes nearly half of all global carbon emissions, finding novel and affordable ways to improve the energy performance of new and existing buildings is key to combating the climate crisis. Elliot aims to boost building performance in our projects and to keep all those who use a space healthy and comfortable alongside providing a positive and regenerative impact on the environment.

His combined background in architecture and high-performance design allows him to devise solutions that integrate the performative aspects of the building with inspiring architectural design. His work incorporates a variety of building simulation tools with parametric design techniques to generate environmentally responsive design solutions.
