Marsha Spencer, OAA, AIA

Toronto Business Practice Leader

Marsha Spencer

Marsha has more than 20 years' experience delivering healthcare projects across Ontario, from technically complex renovations and expansions to new inpatient and outpatient towers. With a decade of service on the Board of Chicago Women in Architecture, she has developed a unique, valuable and wide perspective on tackling complex and challenging projects to create spaces that are meaningful and integral to the communities that use them.

Marsha's design sweet spot lies at the intersection of architecture and project management. Her ability to manage projects in a way that is transparent, inclusive and personal makes clients feel at ease. Building trust and partnership with hospital groups, she facilitates the design process, anticipates and accommodates changing conditions, and partners with clients to navigate a project from initial conception to a successful conclusion.
