Each August, our entire firm takes a day to give back to the communities where we live and work. We foster important connections with community-oriented organizations and find meaningful ways to help them advance their mission. In 2022, our efforts impacted more than 30 incredible organizations in the cities we call home.
Since launching our Inclusive Partner Program in 2021, we've had 44 XBE firms join us for our 12-week CannonDesign Collective experience.
The CannonDesign Collective is a 12-week program focused on knowledge sharing, professional development and relationship building between XBE firms and CannonDesign. It’s a two-way active learning experience. And it’s fun! It’s an exciting opportunity for all participants to create relationships with kindred spirits, share ideas, think big and sharpen their craft.
We have three employee resource groups (ERGs) that foster inclusivity, build connections and support our people in growing personally and professionally.
Our ERGs are led by employees committed to making space for their communities within our firm and beyond. All employees are welcome to join any ERG, whether they identify with the group or count themselves as an ally. Our groups include Women@CannonDesign, LGBTQ+ and PRISM.
