CREW-St. Louis celebrates women in the industry who are showcasing the power of networking and demonstrating the organization’s support of the community. Around a dozen women were selected this year for their impact in the industry.
Cindy has proven her commitment to DEI in CannonDesign by numerous measures. As co-program manager of our Inclusive Partner Program (IPP), she sees the value in partnerships with XBE firms. The program galvanizes people and companies around a shared purpose: to collectively have the most impact possible. It forges deep-rooted relationships that maximize shared opportunities, spark genuine collaboration and provide fulfilling experiences for all involved. It also leads to representational project teams capable of designing solutions that affect real change.
Back in 2021, Cindy said the Inclusive Partner Program is, “By no measure about big mighty CannonDesign coming in and telling these small businesses what they can learn from us. It’s all about how we can empower and learn from each other.”
This year, 17 XBE firms have joined the CannonDesign Collective, the umbrella of IPP- proving the need and commitment in DEI in the industry.
Cindy and the other recipients received their award on May 11 at Crew-St Louis’s Annual Awards Event.
